Tactics
We are playing as Taliban. Facing proper military with a lot less manpower means that we don't use conventional tactics and rely on ambushes and heckling attacks to cause attrition on the side of the enemy while avoiding open battles.

Roleplay
The Taliban are a militant Islamic extremist group. Not being military means there were no extensive trainings and drills. Only held together by common will, there is a lot of room for self-initiative of each fighter and the cell leader serves as more of a guide holding the cell together and motivating them, not strictly as a commander.
