Scenario: UN Peacekeepers on Lingor evacuate civilians for the last time.

Background

For the last month the UN deployed the UNOLIN (United Nations Operations in Lingor) to aid civilians during the ongoing civil war. Next to the Peacekeeping force that is on the island the US is paying SRS, a group of contractors, for surgical operations. The main battles are between the local military, police and guerrilla force fighting the Insurgents.

The Insurgent movement on Lingor is starting to gain more ground over the whole island group. After the small military and police force of the newly established government and local guerrillas were unable to stop the Insurgents, the UN decided to retreat all Peacekeeping forces to the full west of the island. The SRS team, there to do surgical strikes, was pulled back because they were simply too small to encounter the Insurgent movement.

Now that the UN Safety Council has agreed to send military support to Lingor, command is shifting to NATO. While NATO coalition forces are getting ready outside of Lingor the UN Peacekeepers are trying to evacuate civilians that are endangered. The Insurgents are murdering all civilians known to have supported the government or guerrilla movement.

Since the first time I put up this post a few things changed:
- The month has been fixed (an operation 3 weeks ago might be hard to do)
- There is a first paragraph added in the background
- Expected Duration changed
