The idea is simple: load the map "PaintballMadness", make 2 teams, equip everyone with pepperball-guns and play paintball 
When someone is hit, he is out (for 2-5 minutes or till the next round starts). We could play simple team deatchmatch or go for objectives, like conquer or defend a certain tower.
We are going to play together with ITS, like already before in the "Operation VIP". And I expect a lot of fun again
