Content: - The main goal of this training will be to practice fast room clearing without any stops in full movements and proper communication. - SOG map has parts with no doors only with portals and on floor colored arrows. Each pair will take one colored arrow and follows it until all rooms where arrow is heading are clear (in these rooms are paper sus targets plus civ ones each pair must shootdown the paper target with sus pic) - later after warm-up we can do pair competition same room clearing but for time. Which pair will be faster will win. - I want also some of you to have Fraps or any program like this and record the session for future use.
