| Did you ever wanted to play GTA IV with your friend and you couldent since you didnt had the game, I´ve been there... My solution for that is that I BOUGHT IT! xD
Anyhow Now you dont have to waste alot of money since NickTaSpy discovered a way to trick Games For Windows Live.

By following those instructions you can now make your GTA IV work on multiplayer and play with your friends!
