Due to belligerent actions, Russia has declared war on Chernarus and won, annexing it, within just three months. This rash change has caused several insurgency groups to start a rebellion against their new Russian government.
Russia has started several counter-insurgency efforts inside Chernarus, until now only deploying light military police troops to key locations. However, one steadily growing insurgent organization has managed to keep off the radar in east Chernarus.
