The ranking system and the criteria for accepting a newcomer has been always a pending job. Discussions about insignia over here, new trainees over there, fails on missions (everywhere xD)... It was needed something a little more serious about the entry system. We have our first version of this exam (courtesy of Mr. Daniel "Herbplant" Argolo) and we plan to use it.

So, as far as about fairness we speak, we decided that each member must take part on this exam. Nothing to worry about if you really consider that you've properly earned your title. Just show you're good for real :).
