Relevant Commentaries: I like the tactics because they're usefull against NPCs and Players, the Mumble is a good idea but many people like newbies can't install it because they don't know english, anyway its a good idea to contact fast your Teammates.

Barney I played with you today. And in my opinion your skills are not enough for this team. I would suggest you to train more. Try to read our tactical development section. And show up yourself more often on our server. To accept you as RC will take time and at least 2 of our commanders must see you in game and after they will decide if you will be accepted or not.

Tactical gaming doesn't work without communication. And since we are an international team the only way to communicate is speaking english. So people who can't speak english can't play at our servers, nothing personal. And people who are too lazy to instal mumble are simply not welcome at our servers. There are plenty of other servers without voip constraint where this people can play.

Don't be afraid of this, it's his comment about almost all new applicants Your ingame skill isn't amazing, but therefore we have a training program. From what I have seen yesterday you are able to follow orders, which is a basic requirement. You are also able to learn, you joined mumble without discussion (if I remember correct...) and you are a friendly guy (helping striker to join mumble), all plus points
