As you maybe know. Before action SWAT teams do briefings. And this tool I am gonna talk about is basic floorplans maker which help you to create build structure of house, room with furnitures and other stuff. This tool can create plans in 3D or basic 2D and save it as JPG or whatever file so you can use it in Advanced Tactical Center Tool.

Hehe. I am using that website for ages now. I remember I used it to make several floor plans for Kazik when he was training with Swat mapping.

It's a great tool indeed.It is free but for full features I think you need to pay.

Guys, I'm going to bump this thread since I want to prepare resources required for tactical animations. One of those resources, is floor plans. Those done from http://www.floorplaner.com can be saved as pdf's (and I can manipulate them later as I want) and the projects can even be held in the AST Drive folder.

Needing this, inmediately means I need someone doing this. Anyone with wishes to draw outlines of regular/custom maps?

Nice idea Shadow but as Raptor wrote ATC has all regular maps plus remixes....so we need just floorplans for custom maps...

Default outlines of the standard ones are shitty xD Besides, the ones on floorplan are vectorial design... That has a HUGE advantage on animation quality.

Why exactly do you need floorplans for the tactical animations? How about starting with simple entries first, which you can just draw a very simple room for?

For concepts... Things like AoR's and other principles are better explain in real life common situations.
