Blackthorn Close Protection 1

Blackthorn is a company which puts trained and qualified security personnel in contact with private persons or organizations which have a need of enhanced security.
Our business is absolutely legal, and lucrative for everyone involved. The operations we organize range from education of security forces, protection of buildings, protection and evacuations of persons to the support of military operations.

The security operators working for us are highly paid and can completely focus on their job. We take care of the negotiations with clients and the bureaucracy, we gather the tactical information and acquire the necessary personnel, vehicles and equipment.

Currently we are recruiting for a close protection operation of a VIP in a potential dangerous region of the world. Planned date and time is Saturday 22.06.2013 1830-2200 UTC. If you are interested please contact our local agent Raptor, he can provide further details.
Note: every communication concerning a Blackthorn job should be done in private via safe channels: security through obscurity! Every piece of information in the wrong hands, no matter how small and unimportant, endangers the operation and the operators involved!

Technical details:
- date and time of the operation is subject to change
- the operation will take exactly the time mentioned above (3.5 hours) unless we encounter technical problems
- organizer is AST|Raptor
- as usual ACE and ACRE are required

*small bump*

Recruitment is still going go. For everyone who doesn't know how VIP protection operations are conducted, I recommend "SAS Survival Secrets" Episode 3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fgIBRlhpls&list=PLB8187869491A4A85

Any chance the operation could be done 1 or 2 hours earlier?

I'm free aswell. If all involved players agree (here or in private chat), then I'll change the time.

Timings for the operation today:
- 16:30 UTC gathering at TS3 and A2 server
- when everyone is there, we will start the briefing (hopefully at the latest at 16:45)
- the team gets 10 minutes in the briefing screen, then the operation will start
- after the operation we will do a debriefing, I would like to hear a short After Action Report from everyone

The mission idea was pretty nice. Sadly, after the technical problems (sorry for those on my part again), it did not last very long.

More preparation on our part would probably have made it last longer and also be a bit more fun. I must say though, I read the briefing in a way that made it seem as if we arrived pretty much just a few hours ago at max and then started the operation.
